The women have their key rights on the home where they are living, and their sons and husband are grateful to keep safe them and complete their needs.

For a Muslim Marriage, there are a few requirements to be completed, these are:

In case there is no obstruction to the wedding, a marriage agreement is made between the bride and the groom, who provide her approval for the marriage.

The thing is that spiritual marriage has to take place earlier than the consummation of the combination.

In any case one of the partners is divorced; she/he must wait for the time of three months after the closure of first marriage to be able to marry again. Throughout the waiting time, it must be confirmed that the woman is not expecting with the child of their earlier husband. If the bride is heavy with child, the marriage proposal can just happen after childbirth.

A Christian or Jewish lady, who is wedded to a Muslim man, stays free throughout the wedding to practice her own religious conviction. Though, the kid born of the couple would have to follow Islamic culture. In turn, Muslim girl can only marry with a Muslim. In case a woman selects a person who is not in their culture, he has to get transformed to Islam to be entitled for to marry a Muslim girl.

Then, the boy needs to get a holy education for more than a few months and get a credential of conversion.

At the Zawaj time, the couple must appear earlier than the Islamic judge, and two observers are also needed for the wedding. The groom must give the bride with dowry that contains jewellery, money, costly gifts, and most of the time property too. This is important to defend the bride’s future.
