Stick welder is one of the Types

The welding world is having seen various revolutions in terms of introducing different types well suited in different situations with different metal and electrodes.Arc welder is a kind of process which put the voltage and electrodes to use. During this process, basically the electrode is used to soften the metal and melt in order to create a bond between both. This process further supports different types of welding types. Each type is segregated in the grounds of separate electrodes intervention.

Stick welder: This type of welding is carried out manually. And this seems to more popular than other types. During this process, an electrode dipped in some coated metal solution is used to melt in the metal in order to create a strong bond between both. This is one less expensive one as it does not require any heavy or complicated equipment.

TIG welder: By TIG it means, Tungsten Inert Gas which uses tungsten to play the role of electrode to perform the task. Tungsten is also believed to be a non-consumable electrode which has both superior quality and good thickness that makes it hard and strong. It is suitable for almost all kind of welding needs at various industries, from residential to commercial to industrial. This type is gathering a lot of acceptance because, the kind of process carried is clean in terms of clarity and appropriateness.

MIG welder: MIG means Metal inert gas that requires two metals to combine together to effectively perform the welding process. It is considered to be easier and simple than the tungsten inert gas one because the focus is created through an instilled torch unlike in the case of latter where to manage the equipment and to perform the task both hands are used.

Gas & oxy welder: This is not a wildly used and incorporated. It is still struggling to acquire a position in the welding world. During this process gas and oxygen is brought together to create a spark that can be further used to perform the welding process. Two of the equipment and machines used are plasma cutter machines and gas specific cutting machine.

During the process safety gear like helmet, jackets, gloves and breathing gadget must be used.And they must be of superior quality to safeguard the welder from any unexpected accidents and health hazards.
