Ideal for milk pouch packaging, the Filpack Servo 12K also packs water, juice and lassi with equal ease. The CSPP pouch format in 200ml, 500ml and 1000ml sizes uses co-extruded virgin LDPE packaging material of recommended thickness. The machine utilizes a motorized filling system for consistent fill accuracy and ease of quantity changeover, and a servo driven impulse sealing mechanism. The accuracy of this innovative packaging solution is between 0.3 and 0.5 percent, depending on the film and the product.

Filpack Servo 12K operates on a CE marked automation platform i.e. PLC controller & HMI. The machine design is lubrication free and hygienic with product contact parts made of stainless steel SS304. Optional accessories of this state-of-the-art liquid packaging machine include automatic pouch counting and crating system. There is also an optional system for post packaging in bulk plastic bags.
