No matter how much HR training a manager had, he or she has not been specifically likely to train on how to help employees deal with change. With the fast evolution of technology and today's business world, it is essential for companies to be able to garb the needs of their employees.

Since many of this ideology are not regularly able to use in traditional human resources training, it is in the best interest of a company to have their supervisor’s complete change management training before fully implementing changes in the workplace. This can help ensure the transition is completed as quickly and smoothly as possible, while also providing the best chance of success.
