We currently accept worldwide orders. Our preferred shipping method is EMS and it works well - all our Customers are satisfied. Shipping cost vary depending on order volume. Average order shipping cost is about US $45

Delivery time is 5 - 10 days worldwide.

You may like to contact your nearest post office if you do not receive the mail after waiting for a reasonable length of time as it might have been held in the post office if unclaimed during the initial delivery.

We can also ship products by DHL, FedEx, UPS according to your requirement, but the shipping costs are depending on the quotation of different couriers.

We offer only online Retail Products Catalog; no longer providing "printed" catalogs. New models are added to our products line monthly so it’s not possible to keep printed catalogue updated.

All skins used to manufacture our products are legally obtained in full compliance with CITES regulations.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange it within 7 days of order is received. Products are returnable at customer's expense. Customer is paying actual shipping cost for replacement items.

For bespoken products are not returnable or exchangeable.

All returns should be neatly boxed, in new condition and include a return memo indicating date or purchase, order number and reason for return.

In case if damaged merchandise is received we will ship replacement item at our cost.

Exchanges, swaps, or returns for credit will not be handled unless we receive the request for a Return Authorization form within 15 days after you receive the merchandise.
