Exhibitor Magazine announced a list of 2017 finalists for its fourth annual Portable/Modular Awards 2017 Trade Show Exhibits Competition. Travis Stanton, Editor of the magazine, explained that the competition focuses on the most remarkable uses of the exhibits, which also "raise the bar" on design.

The magazine chose a nursery themed backlit display as one of the finalists. The company that used the display wanted an exhibit that reflected its brand personality and highlighted itsmerchandise. The light box was a "wow factor" and its radiance animated the nursery theme premise. The magazine additionally noted that while the display brought high impact, its cost stayed within budgetary constraints.

The winner will be announced in March 2018.
