The Bloor Dufferin Condominiums is a new condo development which is proposed for a mixed planned community. It is located in the neighborhood of the Brockton village and this project will surely increase the population in this area. The project is now currently in pre-construction and the estimated completion is still unknown.

Block A is located in the northwest portion of the building and it features one of the largest single retail space. It also includes a bachelor unit, 115 units for one bedroom suites, 63 units for two-bedroom suites and 43 units for three bedroom suites. Block B is the tallest as well as the largest block of the building which has space for interior amenities as well as a gym. It includes 6 units for bachelor suites, 216 units for one bedroom suites, 115 units for two-bedroom suites and 26 units for three bedroom suites. Block F will have 912 spaces for underground parking and among these, 648 spaces are allocated for the residents of the building.
