The best things about the new Justice League movie

The Justice League movie released last week and while some critics haven’t been very kind, the fans of DC have all thoroughly enjoyed it. There were some really enjoyable moments in the film and here we’ve lined up just a few of our personal favourites.

The return of Superman

In 2016’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, when The Man of Steel was put in a casket and buried six feet under, it was hard for the viewers to believe that the end of Superman had really arrived. The greatest superhero of all times! The most powerful among them all was now dead! Even for the most unorthodox of fans, this wasn’t an easy pill to swallow. So when the Man of Krypton was brought back to life in the new Justice League movie, all of us breathed a huge sigh of relief.

All the scenes with the awesome Flash

It’s always difficult to choose a favourite fro among a group of superheroes, but after watching the Justice League movie, our vote leans just a little bit towards the Flash. Witty, innocent and whacky all at the same time, Barry Allen has some of the best comic moments in the film. His chemistry with all the other characters is pitch perfect, especially with the brooding Batman. Take this science for instance when the Flash asks Batman "What are your superpowers again?" and a nonchalant Bruce Wayne says, "I'm rich." Ezra Miller as Barry Allen aka the Flash is one of the bets things to have happened to DC Universe yet.

The hot Aquaman

We’d expected that Aquaman would have a lot more to do in the Justice League movie, since everybody was absolutely hyped about Jason Momoa being cast as the hero underseas. Unfortunately, Momoa doesn’t have much to do in the film but whatever little he does, he does so oozing some sweltering heat. Those piercing eyes and that physique are totally drool-worthy. If not the best superhero, Momoa, is certainly the most good looking superhero in a DC film.

The fact that it isn’t so dark

Over the years, the one stark difference between Marvel t shirts for men films has been that while the former is much more light-hearted, the latter has always been more sombre. However the new Justice League film isn’t as grim as its predecessors and that’s one of the things that make the movie really click. The fact that it doesn’t take itself too seriously makes the movie work like a charm. A lot of the credit for the comic relief in the film goes to Ezra Miller as the Flash. But we find even someone like the Dark Knight and the Superman sharing a few banters with the other characters.

The bond between the characters

There are six DC superheroes lined up in Justice League t shirts and although some might rue the fact that one of the original team members, Green Lantern has been missing, the great chemistry between the present six is undeniable. Also, in the end of the movie when the team finds an office for themselves, Batman tells Wonder Woman that there is room for more to join.

So even if Green Lantern didn’t make it to the squad this time, VoxPop still has some great Green Lantern tees along with those of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and the Flash as part of its justice league official merchandise.
