Solution:To resolve this issue, you need to follow these steps:
- Open up your McAfee Activate program and alter the options so that the McAfee is no longer offer constant protection. Don’t go for constant surveillance! Instead of this, enable the full version of McAfee only when you are moving or browsing to untrusted websites. For the trusted websites you know (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), you can disable the software.
- Stop the security software from eating system resources as soon as your turn on the computer system. For this, open Start menu and then type "msconfig" in the search bar. Once it shows in the result, run the "msconfig" program and move to the Startup tab. Uncheck all the check boxes that are related with this security software. You can find such software by figuring out the McAfee manufacturer name, which is listed with them.
- Stop McAfee auto scanning; instead you can do manual scanning by running the antivirus at the end of every day. This simply means the McAfee will not keep on running in the background without caring for what you are doing on your computer system.
