A new type of device, an electrical power control panel assists in controlling or managing industrial equipment and motors. It is the core of the entire electrical system, and usually connects with the power supply lines to render the necessary power to every circuit in the office. These work as safety guards in organizations, as the electrical control panels keep every circuit protected from various hazards – such as overload. If these are not functioning properly, it is necessary to have them replaced. Find out when a replacement of electrical control panel is needed.
Fully damaged cables
If the existing cables are completely damaged, the circuits will not get the amount of current that is needed. You should install a high quality panel, and it makes sense not to try saving money with an inferior product.
Improper wiring
In case the wiring of your existing panel is not proper, you should get your present control panel replaced. Keep in mind that a wrong connection can spell danger. Ensure that your control panel comes with good wiring support.
Excessive moisture
Your panel can get damaged if there is excessive buildup of moisture or water inside it. It can be dangerous for your office, and could also lead to life-threatening injuries. If there is too much moisture accumulation, immediately replace the panel with a new one.
Crackling noises
If you can hear crackling noises coming from the panel, there is risk of a fire hazard at anytime. An immediate replacement can save your organization from a major accident.
