Howard Gardner’s research pointed people have seven areas where their skills can be identified; Gardner called these skills intelligences. In response to Alfred Binet’s research that led to the intelligence quotient, Gardner proposes that there are more measures of intelligence other than verbal and math. 5. Musical

Musical intelligence enables a child to respond to music naturally. It is as if the child is able to detect off-keys, quickly learn to play musical instruments, and remembers information if music has been used to teach it.
