INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

  • For the Orange Fruit Leather – Oranges, Banana and Organic Coconut Nectar
  • For the Apple Fruit Leather – Apples, Lemon and Organic Coconut Nectar
  • For the Kiwi Fruit Leather – Kiwis, Banana and Organic Coconut Nectar
  • For the Filling – Cashews, Dates, Organic Coconut Nectar, Spring Water, Salt, and Organic Raw Cacao Powder

PREPARATION

For The Fruit Leather – Peel and cut the fruits. Make sure that all of the skin is removed from the citrus fruits. Blend well with organic coconut nectar. Pour the mixture on a non-sticky parchment sheet. Dehydrate it at a temperature of 110 degrees Fahrenheit for 6-8 hours. Remove from the sheet and let it chill in the refrigerator for a night.

For The Filling – Blend the cashews leaving bigger chunks, then add dates. Again blend it for few more seconds. Add organic coconut nectar, melted organic raw cacao butter, water and salt. Blend it till it starts to stick together. Add organic raw cacao powder and mix it by hand. Pour the mixture on the parchment sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula. Dehydrate it for 1 hour at 145°F. Again for 3 more hours but keep the temperature at 110°F. Remove from the dehydrator, cut into square bites. Keep in the refrigerator for a night.
