How Do You Change the Address for the Motor Carrier Operating Authority?

The address change request can be submitted in three major ways which are:

1. It can be submitted online by clicking on the licensing and insurance system to follow the process
2. You can submit it by email by signing the MCSA-5889 Motor Carrier Records Change Form and uploading it through the web form.
3. You could also send it by direct mail to the address of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration
4. Finally, you could fax your request to 202-366-3477. However, it is important to note that you shouldn’t fax more than once as this could lead to delay in the entire process.
