New strategy for IFJ, the marketplace promoting new artisan producers in Europe, gives the consumer foods in season and a wide offer of many product famous in all the world and used in the best Italian cuisine.

Born in 2016 with two timed store windows published following a rotation basis, www.italianfoodjoy.com today follows a new and larger path approaching the market. While the old shop windows were programmed to last 21/35 days, today a vertical menu bar drives the visitor in new permanent pages dedicated to each individual producer.

The aims have not changed and the firms that have chosen this distribution channel are all family-run artisan companies: they produce the best high-quality Italian delicacies such as pasta, salami, truffles, parmesan, extra virgin olive oil, ravioli, Parma ham, Modena balsamic vinegar and more. But we are talking about high level small productions: many foods are not available for the whole year, furthermore several foods can be purchased only in the right season and while stocks last.

But all this is the result of three years or work: Italian Food Joy is based on a careful selection of excellent quality Italian food. A few companies, already renowned in Italy for their "pearls" but not present in supermarkets, pursue as their main goal the quality, not the price. Ingredients (no GMO but organic food) are often entirely produced and processed by the producer. On average, less than 10% of Italian artisan companies have got the features to be exposed on IFJ, that isn't an e-commerce: the producer (family-run business) can choose what to sell, season by season, directly to the customer.

Italian Food Joy is not an intermediary: the customer purchases directly from the producer present on the marketplace. Once a week, the food products are dispatched directly to the customer in 48/72 hours. This ensures that products, in particular fresh ones, maintain all their flavours and preserve their natural goodness. This feature makes IFJ different from other distributors.
