SOBHA Blog is the platform where SOBHA updates all its latest news and achievements that are worth mentioning. Being such a huge player in the Real estate industry, it has an expertise and experience of the industry which is shared on this platform, helping the common people make a decision about building or buying the house, which factors to keep in mind while decorating it for maximum utility. In the blog posted by SOBHA, it is explicitly mentioned that the face of South Bangalore has been completely transformed in this year, by the virtue of the developing infrastructure of the city. Where the north and south Bangalore were distinctively different because of the standards of living in these two places, this gap is being bridged by the development of infrastructure in south Bangalore. The tech corridor has filled the gap between the standards of north and south Bangalore and SOBHA has been the biggest developer to do the justice to this development by launching new projects in south Bangalore that are exclusively luxury residential projects, leading to the development of the standards of living in that area. SOBHA Clovelly and SOBHA Heritage are the perfect examples to get the glimpse of this rapid transformation.

This upgradation has not prevailed in just south Bangalore; it has also energised the central Bangalore which has got the most lavish building in that area ever, SOBHA Indraprastha. It is the largest residential tower that has 37 floors. SOBHA Indraprastha is Central Bangalore’s tallest, classiest residential tower that has the most extravagant luxury villas in Bangalore, and carries a range of amenities like a two floored clubhouse for the entertainment of the whole family that is spread over 36th and 37th floors. Other major amenities include health and fitness centers, swimming pools, 24*7 water and electricity in the common areas as well as lush green outdoors. Other developers are also in picture that has developed integrated luxury residential complexes to match SOBHA’s standards, making a complete picture of well-developed central Bangalore.

Indian government has also planned to develop industrial corridors in and around Bangalore some of which have been completed while others are at different stages of progress to completion, to materialize PM’s dream of ‘Make-In-India’. Under this campaign five industrial and economic corridors have been conceptualized that will boost the economic development in the country. These are:

  • Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC)
  • Bengaluru- Mumbai Economic Corridor (BMEC)
  • Chennai-Bengaluru Industrial Corridor (CBIC)
  • Visakhapatnam-Chennai Industrial Corridor (VCIC)
  • Amritsar-Kolkata Industrial Corridor (AKIC)

SOBHA is also working to complement this development by bringing in commercial projects in Bangalore that will raise the standards of commercial space in Bangalore. SOBHA’s two major commercial projects are SOBHA Pearl and SOBHA Alexander has already exhibited excellence, giving the first glimpse of its capabilities.

SOBHA is known for building the most luxurious buildings in the country and it can be seen in all its creations. From the tallest residential towers to luxury villas, from well-planned beautifully landscaped residential space to tastefully established plotted development, all of SOBHA’s projects have something new to offer that is more advanced than other developments of that era, making it a futuristic real estate developer.
