In 2018 summer we are going to install a NEW Roll to Roll high speed Double sided UV LED Exposure system for fine line chemical etching processing with Tight alignment, High light uniformity, Small collimation angle and Seamless stitching function. We’ll invest more than 1.5 million Euro to implement the whole Roll to Roll Precision metal etching system from pre-cleansing, dry film lamination, exposure, developing, etching and stripping.

Besides, we also offer high precision metal components with NO connecting point. These items usually are thin in thickness ranging from 0.02mm to 0.1mm. Materials can be stainless steel, copper alloys, aluminum alloys, Molybdenum alloy, Titanium alloy, Tungsten alloy and other alloys. We can pack them in loose form or on adhesive tapes depends on what kind of design and product.This etching processing provides us with the technology of metal screen printing stencil masks. We currently work with one of the leading Japan screen printing company NAKANUMA as our strategy partner. Our best fine line L/S can be in 45um with Stainless steel foil 0.03mm thick material. We also work on stainless steel mesh hybrid stencil masks with L/S in 30um/30um. In the coming years, we’ll continuous to develop a higher resolutionphotoresist emulsion so that we can cover the finest L/S in20um/20um. These fine line high precision screen printing stencil masks are strongly needed by Printed Electronic Industry in producing MLCC, Inductors, Touch monitor display, Photovoltaics and other smart electronic devices.

In 2017, we worked with NEWGLOBAL Inc in Silicon Valley USA to implement "ioT" SYSTEM in our factory. We have installed more than 300 sensors in our production lines to collect Big Data. Throughout this new technology, we collect a lot of usable production data which help us a lot to improve our production.In 2018, we’ll carry on to work with NEWGLOBAL Inc to COMPLETE the system with more sensors. We are developing our "AI" to control the system in order to match with Industry 4.0 smart production in the coming future.
