UPTET Eligibility Criteria
The applicant desiring to apply for the UPTET 2018 should satisfy the conditions given below.
Primary Level (Class I to V):

The applicant should have passed Class 12th with min. 50% from a recognised Board.

The applicant should have completed Graduation in any stream from a recognised University or should be studying in the final year of D.El.Ed. in an institute recognised by NCTE.

The applicant who is studying in the final year of B.Ed.

The age of the applicant should be in between 18-35 years. The applicant belonging to the reserved categories shall be eligible for the age relaxation as per the Government Rules.
Upper Primary Level (Class VI to VIII):

The applicant should have passed Class 12th with min. 50% from a recognised Board.

The applicant should have completed Graduation/Post Graduation with min. 50% marks in any stream from a recognised University or should be studying in the final year of D.El.Ed. in an institute recognised by NCTE.

The applicant who is studying in the final year of B.Ed.

The age of the applicant should be in between 18-35 years. The applicant belonging to the reserved categories shall be eligible for the age relaxation as per the Government Rules.
