Usually, they’re in skilled and experienced in a specific area of law, and follow one stream for the all of their life-time career. In now-a-days, the duty and responsibility of a legal advisor include furnishing advice to the head of their organization's legal department, administrating internal and external lawful resources, and providing legal counseling on issues such as documentations, policies, conflicts, disputes, employment, and contracts. They are also answerable for reading and reviewing all the legal documents that are directly or indirectly produced and received by the company. All kind of detailed documents and information of employees are listed in their responsibility. The time-lapse of Legal advisors is typically full time in an office setting and they are directly concerned to the head of their company.

Qualification and Skill

Qualification in law is required for this position, as well as practice’s certification of the state. Working or practicing’s experience may be varied from company to company as per the same industry norms. However, the great organization always required at least 5 years of experience in the related positions. They must have hard working and clever, strong analytical skills, patience, good oral and written communication skills, known from critical time of organization and the ability to meet deadlines. They should also have extensive and vast knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local laws.

They earn an average salary of Rs 484,281 per year. However, for the first five to ten years in this position, salary increases slowly, but any extra experience does not have a big effect on pay.
