Pleated Filter Technology

CWT Pleat is a product which expanded the filtration area up to 2 - 5 times by pleated spun bond or spunlace polyester media and improved the filter replacement productivity by unifying filter bag, venturi and cage.

• In the case which the dust collection system fails to operate adequately in the industrial fields, we need a new equipment or the extension of the existing collection system, otherwise frequent filter replacement to solve the problem. This choice will cost much for capital expense or shut down due to filter replacements. The best solution is to apply CWT Pleat.
• CWT Pleat, a unified package of filter bag, venturi and cage, is manufactured in order to install to a wide range of tube sheet holes of pulsejet bag house. This helps to reduce installation time and cost by substituting the existing filter bag, venturi and cage.
• CWT Pleat reduces pressure drop & filtration velocity by supplying 2 to 5times filtration area in the bag house through media pleating. Therefore, it has several good effects: increase of airflow capacity, reduction of energy costs and improved performance.
