"Knowledge is limitless, the thing which make it difference is how do you acquire it and how do you implement it."

You would be probably thinking that generation brings a great difference in the lifestyle of any person, and it’s true that it happens. A new generation brings new opportunity in every field of human life, this change is done to make difficult thing easier. I would be talking on one of them Digital education. In this blog we would talk about what is digital education, what are their advantages, there disadvantages and many more.

What is Digital education:-

As the generation is being modernize and going ahead for making up new type of future. Digital education is one step to do this. Many countries are supporting these innovative ideas that children should get their education in such a way that it could more interesting. Talks and physical objects, no longer have to be designed in that manner. Teacher and student would be having their toolbox kit and they would be acquiring knowledge. Online lessons, open-access encyclopedia, educational videos, Fab Labs, tablets... digital technology offers new ways to learn and provides easier access to education for people who face obstacles that can be economic, health-related, geographic and more.

A considerable share of faculty worldwide has shown willingness to support less traditional and digital education models. About 65 percent of faculty supports the use of open educational resources (OERs) in teaching, and 63 percent showed support for the competency-based education system.

Advantages of e-learning:-

  1. Student would be getting more interested to know about this process.
  2. 92% of students are interested in personalized support and information in degree process.
  3. They would be learning about more type of new devices which help them in study.
  4. This curiosity would make study as a good game to play not like stress or headache.
  5. This would helps in creating and communicating new training, policies, concepts, and ideas. Whether it is for formal education or entertainment, eLearning is very quick way of learning!

Disadvantages of e-learning:-

  1. There would be no face to face interaction with the person by whom we are learning. Any question of child or questions occurring in his/her mind could be there only because of no interaction with teacher.
  2. No self discipline in student learning by e-learning. You should be thinking discipline doesn’t matter more but it matters the most, if not now then in future.
  3. A good e-learning is very difficult to do. This process takes time establish because it include different aspects like money, permissions, great amount of expertise, etc. A good e-Learning course involves multimedia, custom web development, technical support, and strong User Interactions
  4. There is a sow evolution. After an e-learning course is developed, it can take an inordinately long time for any needed changes to be worked in. If a business model changes or market conditions are disrupted, online training can quickly be made obsolete.
  5. There is a lack of flexibility. E-learning can be great for learning specific skills and for knowledge that needs to be transferred. However, with more complex skills and competencies, it is incredibly difficult to put together an effective e-Learning programmed. And in a business environment, these complex skills are often the most crucial.
