The term "workplace conflict" is famous everywhere because conflicts are inevitable in the workplace environment that need to be resolved before they become unresolved disputes.
In a workplace, conflicts are likely to happen between employees, external stakeholders, customers, co-workers, supervisors & subordinates, regulatory & suppliers agencies, etc. Therefore, it becomes essential to find appropriate resolutions for these disputes via mediation and other useful techniques. To resolve such conflict in the workplace, a salesman is advised to involve a manager in this process, who is authorized to offer discounts and refunds.
Conflicts regarding leadership:
Personality conflict is the common issue between subordinates and manager, which may give birth to multiple interpersonal disputes. In order to find the resolution of this conflict in the workplace, the best solution is to establish fair understanding and deep respect towards the duties of each other.
