People are more and more concerned about health in the present day world and they should be. Pollution is at its peak and it is affecting health any way. So people do need to give in an extra effort to stay healthy and remain fit. Obesity is a pressing issue and thus people tend to avoid fatty foods more and more. But an Indian stomach often craves for the tasty dishes and often most tasty cuisines are not so good for health. But with Nutralite, even taste is accompanied by good health. One such popular sandwich recipe would be vegetable triple decker sandwich. Raw materials needed for this very filling sandwich include - brown bread slices, white bread slices, potatoes (which would be boiled and grated), salt, black peppercorns, crushed red chilli flakes, green capsicum, cheese spread, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled gherkins, Pudina and Coriander Nutralite.

With Nutralite you can also get hold of amazingly healthy lunch recipes like healthy lunch sandwiches. This vegetable triple decker sandwich works both as a breakfast as well as a lunch meal.

Making this sandwich is super easy too.

Potatoes have to be kept in the bowl where you will also be adding salt. Thereafter, put in some red chilli flakes, black peppercorns, cheese spread and green capsicum. This is mixed for sometime. 1 and 2 slices of white and brown bread respectively are buttered up. Over the brown bread, evenly spread the potato mixture. Get a few onion rings kept on this mixture along with some crushed black peppercorn and salt. You can then think of using tomato slices or cucumber over this too. You may opt for gherkin slices for covering the brown bread slice. The whole thing is pressed lightly. The sandwich is heated and to it is applied Pudina and Coriander Nutralite on top.

One can also make tasty and healthy mayonnaise sandwich with Nutralite Mayo spreads namely - Veg Mayo, Mayo Achari and Mayo Cheesy Garlic.
