Is data analytics the next big thing?

Analytics is creating a greater good for the world than we expected it to. There are a lot of changes the current world has faced due to the advanced analytical processes. The systems have evolved over the period and we are at a phase where data and information are inseparable from the company’s growth. Analysis data is very important when you clearly have some of the most promising technology and systems in place and which can provide the best experience to people.

People interact all the time with the business and it is very difficult to have a clear view of what they want unless we analyze the interactions. These interactions are stored as data. There will be a lot of data points that will be created and someone of them can be crucial. For a delivery business, they need to analyze the shortest path and the most profitable path in-order to get an edge of their operations. The most predictive method in operations related to the industry is to know at which place you incur more losses and at which place, there is more profit. These we call as nodes in business terminology. Analysing these nodes will help in framing our business activity better and more streamlined.

Having known the effective metrics to analyze a business upfront, we need to know how the analysis is feasible. Most of this analysis is done on the data we collect. So now we have the data and how do we do this. We need a person who can process a large amount of data, called big data. This is where big data specialists get their demand from. Most of these guys are the ones who have done their big data analytics courses and having an affinity towards numbers and data. I had a friend, who had done his data analytics certification and was with a tech giant. After a couple of years, he started his own tech agency which gives data-based solutions to other companies. Have to mention something here, he was an ECE graduate with an IT job and later learned the course and got into analytics field.

Most of us do not understand what an additional tech course can offer us. All that we look is at the masses and what they are doing currently. But the industry is tired of the masses and they need customization in every employee they hire. So how does a potential candidate bring in this customization? Customizations are created by people in the way how they want to portray themselves in the industry what kind of jobs they want us to do. They will no longer be interested in a boring and mundane job but something that is trendy and can promise a good future. Big data and data analytics are very essential for any business and they are not going out of trend any time sooner.
