  3. Provide evidence of owning and running a business: In the case of subclass 188 and subclass 888 visas, you are required to prove that you have owned and run a business in Australia for a minimum period of 2 years under the Business Innovation stream or possess at least AUD1.5 million for investment under any of the streams like Investor, Significant Investor or Premium Investor.

Where it is for subclass 132 visa, you need to show that you own assets of AUD1.5 million and a turnover of AUD3 million under the Significant Business History stream and also have financial support of minimum AUD1 million from a venture capital firm in Australia under the Venture Capital Entrepreneur stream.

General Requirements for both Skilled and Business Visas
