1. Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on Thursday rejected Congress allegation of politicising the Indian army surgical strikes. The matter is about the videos of surgical strikes in Pok, which flashed in a national news channel on few days back. The Congress party on Wednesday questioned the government why the videos were released years after the surgical strike took place. Ravi Shankar Prasad denied any political links to the video and said that this video was intended to proof the authenticity of surgical strikes which took place in 2016.
2. Congress and JDU leaders will meet on Sunday to make gap differences between the parties and form a more strong coalition in the state. The meetings will be held on Sunday in Bangalore where senior leaders from both the parties will make their presence. The leaders will most likely discuss various schemes and programs to be launched by the government in the state.
3. The BJP party slammed Congress chief Rahul Gandhi, on being silent on the issue of Income-tax notice to Robert Vadra, vadra is the husband of Rahul`s sister Priyanka, and was the primary accused in the Dlf scam. Income tax department had issued a notice to Skylight Hospitality which belongs to Vadra to pay arrears worth Rs 25 crores. The BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra said that loan defaulters like Vadra and Mallya will not be spared by the Ruling government and will face legal consequences.
4. Ram Mandir politics runs to Madhya Pradesh, the Bjp party dream of ram mandir will soon stand completed in Indore. The Department of Religious Trusts and endowments, MP has taken up the task to build a proposed Ram Mandir in the town with a budget of 65 lakhs. The temple is going to be made through public contributions.
5. Amit Shah, the national president of BJP arrived to Kolkata on Wednesday to take part in one strategic meeting with party workers. The meeting discussed poll preparations, social media involvement of party workers and debates on the bad governance of TMC party in the state. Amit Shah will address a public meeting on Thursday in the Purulia district of West Bengal, which has now become a center of law and order failure in the state.
6. The UP govt. led by Yogi Adityanath has decided to have a rapid caste and economic census in order to provide the citizens with a more better welfare scheme distribution. The decision got approval from the cabinet on Wednesday. This is the first time that such economic survey is going to take place after 2011 when the central government went for an economic caste survey during the general census.
