In Plastic Extrusion Line industry APPL is today a leading company founded by young and talented entrepreneurs started with family business and today converted in to public limited firm and also set up many subsidiary firms under the group of AAWADKRUPA. The journey was began in the year 2000 with aim to provide best quality rope making machineries to customer and in 2005 APPL was established to expand it's product range in Plastic Extrusion Line.

With view to serve in pet strap manufacturer we have started manufacturing of Pet Strap Extrusion Plants. APPL has ultra modern infrastructure spanning in 3,05,000 sq.ft. land area with 75,000 sq.ft constructed area 4,500 sq.ft., office building situated near Bhavnagar. Our growth through technological advancement has been key factor in the company's growth in this ever changing competitive market environment.

For Monofilament, Danline, PET Strap, Crushing Dan Line, PP Tape (Sutli), Re-cycling, Mosquito Yarn, Fishing Twine etc.

2. Machines :-

Rope Making (Twisting) Machine, Ply Yarn Twister, Ring Twister, Coiling Machine, Hank Machine Suitable for Mono, PP Tape, Dan Line Yarn, Nylon Yarn, Polyester Yarn, Synthetic Yarn, Multifilament Yarn, Cotton, Jute, Sisal, Manila etc.

3. Ancillary Products :-

There are some Bobbin Winder, Online Ring Winder, Pineapple Winder, Roll Winder, Cheese Winder, Re-Winding Stand, Creel Stand, Raw Material Bobbin etc.

WHAT IS PET STRAP?

Description :

Polyester (PET) strap is an innovative strap which strengthens the strength of Steel strap and PP strap and make up for weakness of steel strap and PP strap. Especially, PET strap is incredibly useful as substitute for steel strap.

Characteristics :

Those are most decisive factor for a safe and trustable strapping method. Whereas not likely to be strapping made from steel, Polyester strapping having its very high elongation, is able to absorb shocks and impacts during transportation and handling far better than steel strapping is capable of.

WHAT IS POLY STRAPPING?

Steel is the oldest and highest tensile strength strapping. It is available in a variety of widths and thicknesses as well as variations in the grade of steel. Steel is used for heavy duty holding where high strength and minimal stretch are desired.
