What are the best seasons to trek Nepal?

The Nepal trekking season is classified as follows: Autumn (September – November)

Winter (December – February)

Spring (March – May):

The trekking trail are decorated with magnificent wild flowers making it a haunting paradise during this spring season. It is second best season trek and finest season to climb the summit. It is mildly warm at lower elevation and at higher evevation the mountain views are excellent and temperature is quite moderate.

Summer (Jun – Aug):

Summit starting June mid-September makes travel wet and warm. These times are ideal for keen botanist as the higher valleys and meadows blossom with flowers and lush vegetation.

Trekking in rain-protected area - Upper Mustang and Upper Dolpo Trek could be an ideal trek option.
