Second, the installation preparation 1. Check the hole machine, rolling machine, pipe cutting machine to ensure safe use.2. Preparation of materials and tools, including pipes, steel tape measures, wrenches, vernier calipers, spirit level, lubricants, wooden hoes, scaffolding, etc.3. Install the hangers of the pipes to be installed according to the design requirements.
Third, rolling groove
1. Cut the steel pipe according to the required length with a pipe cutting machine, and check the section of the cut with a level to ensure that the section of the cut is perpendicular to the central axis of the steel pipe. If the incision has burrs, apply a grinder to smooth it.2. The steel pipe that needs to be processed is placed on the tail groove of the rolling groove machine and the rolling groove machine, and leveled by the level to make the steel pipe in a horizontal position.3. The end section of the steel pipe is placed close to the rolling groove machine so that the central axis of the steel pipe is perpendicular to the rolling surface.4. Slowly press down. Jack, make the upper pressure roller close to the steel pipe, start the rolling groove machine, and make the roller rotate one week. At this time, pay attention to whether the steel pipe section is still close to the rolling groove machine. If it is not tight, adjust the pipe to the level. If it is tight, slowly press down the jack so that the upper pressure roller rolls the steel pipe evenly to the predetermined groove depth.5. Stop the machine and check the depth and width of the groove with a vernier caliper. After confirming that the standard is met, unload the jack and take out the steel pipe.
Fourth, open the hole. Install the mechanical tee and the cross. 1. Bolt the ink line on the steel pipe to determine the opening position of the joint pipe..2. Fix the chain opening machine at the predetermined opening position of the steel pipe.3. Start the motor, turn the handwheel to make the drill bit slowly approach the steel pipe, and add lubricant at the drill bit to protect the drill bit and complete the hole on the steel pipe.4. Stop, shake the handwheel, open the chain, remove the hole puncher, clean the drilled metal block and the residue of the hole, and smooth the hole with a grinder.5. Place the clamp on the steel pipe. Note that the mechanical tee should be concentric with the hole, the gap between the rubber seal ring and the hole is even, and the fastening bolt is in place.6. If it is a mechanical four-way, it is necessary to ensure that the holes on both sides of the steel pipe are concentric when opening the hole. Otherwise, when the installation is completed, the rubber ring may be broken and the water area may be affected.
Fifth, pipe installation, in accordance with the principle of pre-installing large diameter, main pipe, riser, and small diameter and branch after installation, in the installation process, it must be installed continuously in order, not to be installed and installed in sections, so as to avoid the occurrence of segments and segments. The connection is difficult and affects the overall performance of the pipeline.1. Fix the steel pipe on the support and hanger, and put the non-damage rubber sealing ring on the end of a steel pipe.2. Insert the rubber pipe with the lubricant around the other end into the rubber seal ring and turn the rubber seal ring so that it is in the middle of the joint.3. Install the upper and lower clamps on the outside of the rubber seal ring, and feed the clamp flange into the groove, press the upper and lower clamp ears tightly, and at the position of the clamp screw hole, tighten the bolt and evenly tighten the nut. In the process of the nut, the clamp is hammered with a wooden hammer to ensure that the rubber seal does not wrinkle, and the collar of the clamp needs to be fully inserted into the groove.4. Add a hanger to the pipe within 500mm of the rigid clamp joint.
Sixth, the system pressure test pipeline installation is completed, the system pressure test should be carried out. Before the system is tested, it is necessary to thoroughly check whether the mounting parts, fixing brackets, etc. are installed in place. The installed pipe may have a drooping. If the drooping arc is large, the bracket may be added. If the arc is small, the arc will naturally disappear when the pressure inside the pipe increases.
