Tailing disposal waste water re-use system

Tailing disposal waste water re-use system is a developed solution to solve the problems of tailing waste water and waste mud. The whole systems contains the tailing dewatering system, thickener and filter press. It has the reasonable structure, optimized design, smooth working flow, easy installation, maintenance and convenient operation, which has greatly promoted the efficiency of the outlet and facilitated the development of the mining industry.
Working principle
Tailing disposal waste water re-use system consists of three processes: muddy water and sand separation, mud and water separation, and discharged waste mud.
The tailing dewatering system is for muddy water and sand separation. Slurry flows through a chute into tailing dewatering system tank, fine sand is collected by the centrifugal force of the cyclone, then fed onto the polyurethane screen from the apex spray. While the waste muddy water overflows to return box, then stored in a transfer pond through a pipe.
Thickener is for the mud and water separation. Muddy water is extracted by pump to thickener from the transfer pond. Dosing chemical flocculant, based on gravity and sedimentation increasing the solid content 2%-10% muddy water to 40%-60% slurry for the next processing.
The filter press is used for waste mud. After the mud is pumped into the equipment, the water in the mud is discharged through the filter cloth under the extrusion between the filter plates, the dry mud cake can be discharged directly.
