In the engineering construction, the spiral steel pipe is placed in a closed extrusion cylinder by using the extrusion method, and the perforated rod moves together with the extrusion rod to extrude the extrusion from the smaller die hole. This method can produce steel pipes with smaller diameters. The welded welds are inspected by online continuous ultrasonic automatic injury inspection, which guarantees the non-destructive testing coverage of 100% spiral welds. If there are defects, automatic alarm and spray marking, the spiral steel pipe production workers adjust the process parameters at any time to eliminate defects in time. The welded steel pipe is formed by welding a steel plate rolled into a tubular shape with a seam or a spiral seam. In terms of the manufacturing method, it is further divided into a direct-welded steel pipe for low-pressure fluid transportation, a welded steel pipe, a spiral-welded electric welded steel pipe, an electric welded pipe, and the like. Seamless steel tubes can be used in a variety of liquids, gas pipelines, and the like. UOE SAWL pipes can be used for water pipes, gas pipes, heating pipes, etc.

It is also a welded steel pipe used to transport normally lower pressure fluids such as water, gas, air, oil and heating steam and other uses. The thickness of the steel pipe is divided into general steel pipe and thick steel pipe; the receiving end mode is divided into non-threaded steel pipe (light pipe) and threaded steel pipe. The standard nominal diameter (mm) of the steel pipe indicates that the nominal diameter is an approximation of the inner diameter. It is customary to use inches to indicate. The welded steel pipe for low-pressure fluid transportation is used as a raw pipe for galvanized welded steel pipe for low-pressure fluid transportation, in addition to being directly used for transporting fluid.Spiral-slot submerged arc welded steel pipe (SY5036-83) for pressurized fluid transport is a hot-rolled steel strip coil for tube blank, which is often thermoformed and spiral-welded by double-sided submerged arc welding for spiral conveying of pressurized fluid. Steel Pipe. Tianjin spiral steel pipe has strong pressure bearing capacity and good welding performance. It is safe and reliable through various strict scientific inspections and tests. The steel pipe has a large caliber, high transportation efficiency, and can save the capital of the laying pipeline. It is primarily used to transport oil and natural gas pipelines.

Here is a brief introduction to the weld repair skills of the spiral tube:The minimum length of the repair weld is 50mm. If the direction of the defects on the steel tube base material is allowed, the repair welding seam should be in the circumferential direction. The repair welds should be ground to make a transition to the initial surface of the steel tube. The height of the base metal after repair welding shall not exceed 1.5mm. Defects should be eradicated before repair. The repaired welds should be thoroughly cleaned up to meet the welding requirements. The repaired steel pipe shall be hydrostatically tested in accordance with 5.5.1 of the SY/T5037 standard.

The spiral steel pipe feeds the strip steel into the welded pipe unit. After rolling through multiple rolls, the strip is gradually rolled up to form a circular tube blank with open gaps. The reduction of the kneading roll is adjusted to control the weld gap to 1~ 3mm and make the welds flush at both ends.1. If the gap is too large, the nearby effect is reduced, the eddy current is insufficient, and the weld intergranular joint is poor and unfused or cracked.2. If the gap is too small, the nearby effect will increase, and the welding heat will be too large, which will cause the weld to burn. Perhaps the weld will be kneaded and rolled to form a deep pit, which will affect the surface quality of the weld.

After the two margins of the tube blank are heated to the soldering temperature, the metal crystal grains which are formed together are immersed and crystallized under the kneading of the kneading roller, and finally constitute a strong weld bead. If the kneading force of the spiral steel pipe is too small, the number of crystals formed together will be small, the strength of the weld metal will decrease, and cracking will occur after the force is applied; if the kneading force is too large, the molten metal will be extruded out of the weld. Not only does it reduce the weld strength, but it also has many disadvantages such as burrs on the surface and even weld seams.
