For the manufacture of precision steel pipes, it is necessary to feed the billet into the furnace for heating at a temperature of about 1200 Baidu. Hydrogen is mainly used as a fuel. In the heating process, the temperature control in the furnace is the most important part. After the heating is completed, it needs to be cooled by spraying water, because the steel pipe is straightened after cooling, so that the basic prototype of the precision steel pipe can be seen, and the entire manufacturing process is still complicated.

However, ordinary steel pipes indicate that they are not smooth enough, and the toughness and torsional strength are not good enough. Once the steel pipe is flared or flattened, cracks are likely to occur. When these cracked steel pipes are applied to the machine, the broken debris will fall. These residues will enter the more precise parts with the use of the equipment, so that the speed and progress of the equipment will be affected for a long time, and such equipment problems arise.

If a precision steel pipe is used, this phenomenon will be reduced by a larger layer. Because precision seamless steel pipe is a high-precision steel pipe material after cold drawing or hot rolling. This makes the pipe, high pressure and no leakage, even if it is flaring, or crushing, the pipe will not crack.
