1. Fully controlled heat treatment production lineIn order to make the workpiece freely complete the required heat treatment process on the production line, the continuous furnaces of a specific design are connected to each other. The furnace can be penetrated in multiple directions, and the workpiece basket can be transferred to the lower heating zone or the transition incubator at a 90 ° C angle, and then transferred to the next process or into the cooling room for cooling. Taking a controlled atmosphere box furnace as an example, in order to meet the implementation of heat treatment processes such as carburizing, carbonitriding, nitrocarburizing, quenching or bright quenching, austempering, the workpiece on the tray and the rack is driven by a cold chain. The way is automatically fed, passed, and sent out of the furnace to complete the required process in the respective furnace.

The box furnace is used in conjunction with the corresponding computer-aided measurement, control and regulation system to form separate module units, which are easy to connect with each other, and constitute a complete, flexible and combined seamless steel pipe automatic heat treatment system.

2. High-pressure gas-quenched sealed box furnace and multi-chamber through-sealed box furnaceThe high pressure gas quenching and sealing box type rear chamber is a sealed box type furnace structure, and the front chamber is subjected to high pressure gas quenching. The workpiece is heated without oxidation in the back chamber protective atmosphere or carburized in a carburizing atmosphere, and is subjected to non-oxidative bright quenching in the front chamber.

The back chamber lining is alumina and heat-insulating ceramic fiber, the heating element is horizontal parallel electric radiant tube, and the hot air circulating fan is placed in the furnace. The protective atmosphere can be methanol or nitrogen; the middle part of the front chamber is the workpiece gas quenching chamber, and the lower part is the intake pipe. The upper part is a cooling return air heat exchanger.

The front and the outside side are equipped with a variable frequency speed regulation high-power fan, and the workpiece is cooled and quenched by rapid circulation of nitrogen or helium gas, and the quenching cooling speed can be controlled by adjusting the fan speed. The workpiece after high-pressure gas quenching has no oxidation, the surface is silver-gray, and the deformation is small, which avoids the cleaning process required after oil quenching.

The multi-chamber through-sealed box furnace is manufactured by Ipsen, Germany. After preheating and carburizing in the front chamber, the workpiece is sent to the back chamber for quenching, and then directly discharged from the back to reduce the idle time of the heating chamber, improve work efficiency, and reduce energy consumption.

3. High pressure gas quenching pusher furnace production lineAt the outlet end of the pusher furnace, the high pressure gas quenching chamber is sealed. When the workpiece is run to the gas quenching chamber, it can be quenched by high pressure helium or nitrogen. In order to reduce the cost, air high pressure gas quenching can also be used. Compared with the spiral submerged arc pipe, the seamless pipe has no quenching time due to the extremely short quenching time, and only the surface is light black.

4. Ionizing furnace with external heating and air cooling installedThe furnace body type bell structure, WDS furnace lining insulation, stainless steel vacuum tank cover type single layer, the outer wall is installed with three zones and three layers of closed heating elements, so that the furnace temperature is uniform in the middle and lower. The furnace body is installed with three side fans in the middle and lower parts. The three zones are independently heated by the hot air to supply air. When working, the block is closed to the air duct.

The hot air can only be circulated in the heating layer of the furnace to achieve uniform temperature. When the process is completed, the return air passage is opened, and the cold air is simultaneously sent into the heating chamber interlayer in the upper, middle, and lower zones, so that the furnace body is rapidly cooled and can be discharged in a short time. The base of the furnace is a two-piece joint, and the hydraulic lifting column can rotate left and right between the two bases, and the furnace body is lifted and rotated to another base with a good material, so that the two-seater can improve the production efficiency.
