The furnace body is divided into two parts, one third of which is the furnace cover, which can be fully opened sideways manually, and two-thirds of which are fixed furnace bodies. The design is unique and easy to operate. A jacket is formed between the two layers to remove the heat transferred to the furnace shell by the cooling water, so that the temperature of the furnace wall does not exceed 60 ° C, and the upper and lower flanges are welded as a whole. In the middle, there are infrared temperature measuring holes (protective atmosphere vents), thermocouple temperature measuring holes, air venting holes and observation holes, platinum-iridium thermocouples have a temperature-automatic exit device, and infrared temperature observation holes have glass-air blowing anti-fog devices. The hydraulic station is equipped with imported proportional valve, pressure sensor and displacement display. It adopts grating scale (ranging accuracy 0.02mm), hydraulic cylinder and other related hydraulic devices. The pressure regulation is semi-automatic and can be adjusted manually. The meter can be set to automatically adjust the pressure, and can achieve voltage regulation and pressure keeping.Water-cooling system: It consists of various valve-pipe related devices and is equipped with water-off sound and light alarm to automatically cut off the heating source or function.Temperature control system: It adopts thyristor temperature control, is equipped with PID function meter, digital display meter, with over-temperature sound and light alarm function, and can also be controlled by PLC touch screen automatically, and retains historical data for analysis of sintering process.Inflatable system: It consists of various pipes and valves, and is equipped with an electromagnetic bleed valve and a pressure sensor.
