Healthy Vegetable Samosa: The Ideal Snack

This recipe includes the healthy twist for one of the most favourite and popular snack recipe of North India that it Samosa. It would be really amazing if the snack we admire a lot consisting of healthiness too in it.
Veg. Samosa is a healthy recipe of snack which you could try at your home with your dear ones. Enjoy the samosa with freshly brewed coffee or tea you like. You could also have it with green chutney and tangy tomato ketchup prepared by mint & coriander leaves.

Ingredients for Healthy Vegetable Samosa:
- large mashed & boiled potato-3
For Filling:
- boiled peas-1/2 cup- Well sliced coriander leaves-4 tbsp- powdered red chilli-2 tbsp- garlic paste-1 tsp- refined oil-1 tbsp- finely chopped onion-1/2 cup- chopped basil-2 tbsp- powdered turmeric-1 tsp- salt-1 tsp- garam masala powder-1 pinch
For Dough:
- all-purpose flour-3 cup- water-1/3 cup- refined oil-1 tsp- semolina-1 tbsp- salt-2 pinches
How to prepare Healthy Vegetable Samosa:
Step 1) To make the crispy samosas, place a vessel over moderate flame & drop a tbsp of oil to it.
Step 2) To the vessel, drop onion, garlic paste & saute for a few secs.
Step 3) Drop all the other components of the stuffing in the vessel one by one & stir-fry for two to four mins. The samosa stuffing is ready, put it besides until needed.
Step 4) To make the shells of samosas, combine together the salt, all-purpose flour, semolina, and one teaspoon oil in a big vessel, & knead it into a soft dough.
Step 5) Now roll small rotis out of it, something that fits in palm of your hand easily. Make sure that small-sized rotis are not too smooth nor hard.
Step 6) Then bring two tbsp of the freshly made filling & place it inside the rotis. Seal the rolls from another side.
Step 7) When done, bake the samosas at 300 degree Celsius for like ten mins.
Step 8) Your healthy samosas are done, have them instantly with tomato ketchup & green chutney.
