In the process of filling-up of vacancies, it is endeavour of every employer to fix round pegs in round holes. The employers are not yet in a position to fix the issue of finding the Right Power despite having a huge supply of Man power. As per a survey there is huge Skill gap & vacancies are not getting filled up due to inability to find the right talent. It ultimately results in poor business performance, besides there is growing discontent and lack of trust between the existing workforce and the employer. In the quest of attaining optimum capacity the existing workforce is put under pressure.
The employer also seeks solution by employing Square pegs in round holes & starts investing in the Training Programmers & hopes to get the best out of the trained employees.
