- Cardamom: Cardamom is used to add aroma and taste to various dishes. It is also used to add flavor to various beverages. The two varieties of cardamom are green colored small sized cardamom and black colored big sized cardamom.
- Clove: The closest thing that clove resembles is an iron nail. This spice is extremely aromatic and has therapeutic qualities. This spice contains good amount of oil and it has a wide application in the food industry.
- Coriander: Coriander can be used in fresh green form or dried powder form. It adds flavor to any food item, improves its aroma and taste. Mainly found in the states of Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh, Coriander is among the most popular spices used in dishes.
