AJ Ellison is known to be a dedicated world-class athlete from an early age, made his name during his school days. He made his name as a daunting middle-distance runner and thus become champions in various events along the way. He then fully utilized the opportunity of his sporting beginnings to become a popular face for fitness model in WBFF.

Ellison with his parents relocated several times throughout his early life. But this didn’t stop his passion for fitness. Later on, he turned out to be a martial-art, actively taken part in Brazilian Jiu – Jitsu and MMA. Soon his life was affected by some unfortunate events. During his career, he suffered from various serious injuries like he broke his ankles, torn his triceps yet he continued to take part in martial-art activities.

When AJ thought that nothing could get worse than this, his father made an attempt to take his own life that has deeply affected AJ for long period of time. AJ Ellison learned to take challenges coming into his way so as to earn success on fitness as well as in modelling stage where he won his WBFF Pro Card in the year 2011.

AJ Ellison used to take inspirations from some fitness icons so as to earn great physique which he built through his entire life by working and training hard his body in the gym. This all was incorporated by his dedicated mindset as well. Moreover, his mother also played an important role in his life where she taught him to live a healthy lifestyle and its related significance.

AJ’s Daily Workout Plan

AJ was also supported by his friends and his workout partners that keep pushing him when getting trained in the gym. After this hard training, AJ’s body turned into a beast like bod, he by then owed a pretty awesome physique, similar to a Greek God.

Ellison does entire body workout which includes shoulders, chest, arms, triceps, biceps, legs and more. His training consists of 5 day split. But he mostly focuses on his abs and calves which allow him to maintain his ripped and toned physique. He makes sure that he always has a high intensity training sessions.

This as a result, made him gain optimal muscle gains and incredible strength. AJ Ellison shoulder workout and crazy 8 shoulder workout are most famous among his workouts plan. He stated following lines in regard to his training:

He said, "He tries and stays on abs and calves twice a week. He likes to keep his core tight and really want to have his calves come up. He used to go hard on almost every muscle group but everyone has weakness and strengths and so he likes to stay being a proportionate as he doesn’t want to sacrifice his performance in the gym".

AJ’s 5 day workout plan -:

  • Day 1: Legs
  • Day 2: Chest and Abs
  • Day 3: Back
  • Day 4: Shoulders and Calves
  • Day 5: Biceps, Triceps, and Abs

Apart from following a strenuous workout plan, he also has a healthy and nutritious diet which helped me refueling himself in between his workout sessions.
