As per the report, Sarita bought the land near Sirpur in September 2009 and is building a resort. For this, several Buddhist sites have been evacuated as this is the perfect location for tourist. As per a report, the farmer Vishnu Ram Sahu to Madhya Pradesh’s water resource department in the year 1994 donated the disputed land.

This land was transformed into the forest and over Rs. 22.90 lakh was spent on its maintenance and afforestation. Along with this, he is a popular personality and politician of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
