Surakav Bird – An Amazing Creation of Nature

There is no doubt that the world is full of amazing creations. Not only the sculptures but also the stones. Not only the rain but also the sun. Everything is beautiful in god creation. In this article, I would like to share one amazing creation of the god that is Surakav bird. Actually, it is a hummingbird, this bird is called "Anna’s hummingbird" it seems to change colors with each sassy turn of its head. "Throwing shade with our coloration" is a skill we’ve pined for quite some time, so we’re jealous, even though this bird as with all birds works its apparent magic with deception, and not good all-American hard work. The marvel in this bird is, it changes its color for every fraction of second. I don’t know how this bird changes its color every second. But it screws the eyes of the people when they are looking to the color changing of the bird. It makes people go mesmerized with the world’s amazing creations.

I never saw this bird real and I am not sure that there may or may not be a chance for me to see this bird at least once in my lifetime. But if I get a chance to see this bird, I will be lucky at this birth. The reason why I get amazed by this bird is, whatever happens, it never winds up its color changing. Similar to different types of a hummingbird, this species of birds consists of iridescent feathers that are different colors are seen of the feathers when viewed from various angles. When the bird moves its head, you will see different colors. Amazing, isn't it?

The feathers of this bird have thin, clear keratin layers on top of the feather fibers. When the sun's rays fall on the feathers, at each layer some sunlight bounces off and some go through the layer but bounces off the next layer. The various places sun's rays bounce combine together to block out some colors and make others more intense, depending on direction. For every four seconds, this bird will change its color as the sun rays fall on them. As Anna’s hummingbird’s feathers have "microscopic platelet structures," and the angle of light on these platelets interacts with our eyes, the colors of the bird’s feathers appear to change. This means that, if you look at the feather from where the green eye is, you would see mostly green. If you looked at this feather from where the purple eye is, you would see mostly purple. It is really amazing to witness the bird and no doubt, onlookers are mesmerized by this stunning effect of color. And the male hummingbirds flash their colors for sexual selection while female hummingbirds do all their work.
