Many individuals will purchase the 2015 Toyota Prius because of the great benefits. The fuel economy is very efficient, so it is an ideal family vehicle. Kids will have plenty of space during road trips because the backseats are huge. Storing luggage also will not be a problem; families can place all of their suitcases in the spacious cargo area. Traveling in the vehicle will also be enjoyable. There will be tons of high-tech features in the cabin.

Toyota is in the process of designing the forth-generation Prius. The vehicle will have different a shape. The new shape will offer more benefits besides fuel-saving benefits.

Based on information from the automotive industry, the next-gen Prius will have a better exterior design. The shape will be similar to a swept-back sedan. A Toyota engineer also gave details about the vehicle. The Prius will have a lower hood, and the windshield will be farther back. The better exterior design will improve the vehicle’s aerodynamic efficiency. This is possible because the sheet metal located under the vehicle provides a lower center of gravity. Because of this, the vehicle will have improved handling.

Based on photos, the interior of the vehicle will have a new dash and instrument panel. The dash will feature a more conventional design. There will be analog gauges near the steering wheel. The new steering wheel will have a new three-spoke design. However, because the photos were based on early designs, there is no way to tell where the navigation display will go. A Toyota executive, however, provided some important information about the vehicle; the interior will provide much more space, and the layout will be advanced. This design will make the Prius much easier to use.

Although the dash is designed in a unique way, there is not a way to tell if the dash is the final design or a decoy. No matter what features will be included when the vehicle is available at car dealerships, the materials will be better, and it will have a more resourceful cabin environment.

The 2015 Toyota Prius will feature a 1.8 four cylinder gas engine. However, it will contain smaller, powerful electric motors. Toyota has plans to increase the production power of the lithium-ion batteries, but the Prius might include a nickel-hydride battery pack. Lithium-ion batteries might not be used because the batteries will increase the cost of the vehicle.

Based on rumors, the Prius will have an electronically controlled motor. The motor will power the rear wheels. This feature will help drivers travel more efficiently in snowy and rainy areas.

The next generation Toyota Prius is something to keep a look out for. It brings together practical and environmentally friendly all in one.
