7. Create the dedicated user accounts like the group accounts and the group assignments across the entire organization using the UID and the GID
8. Set and configure the miscellaneous system configuration by increasing the values that may be low for example set the maximum number of open files and set the maximum number of the concurrent asynchronous input-output requests.

Decisions considered before installation

The policies and procedures must be considered based on the type installation of the Oracle databases. The software should meet all the requirements and the standards set by the international bodies. The installation process must comply with the standards set by the organization policies and standards (Yamashita, 2007). The installation of management systems should consider the possibility of upgrading the system in future. The organization should also consider the possibility of the installed systems to support the future expansion of the business. The system should take consideration of the future increase in traffic and accommodate the expected traffic and increase of clients.
