What is the procedure of GST registration?
  • You need to visit the web portal of GST and click on the tab Registration
  • Then you will be asked to provide the PAN information, mobile number, e-mail id, and state; that would be the part A of the Form GST REG-01
  • Once you have filled this information, a temporary reference number will be generated on the verification of the OTP sent to your mobile
  • Further, you will move to the part B of form GST REG-01 that has to be duly signed by the digital signatures (DSC) and will ask you to upload the documents required for the GST registration
  • GST REG-02 basically generates the acknowledgment
  • If there is any additional information required from your side that will be asked in the form GST REG-03. You will have the time period of 7 days to produce the information or documents before the department inform GST REG-04
  • Form GST REG-05 signifies the rejection (in case of any error) of GST application
  • On close inspection of the
Gst registration application, the license will be issued in the Form GST REG-06

  • PAN card of the owner, directors, or partners
  • For the address proof of the business place you need to provide a bill of electricity/ telephone bill, rent agreement, letter of consent (NOC)
  • MOA/ AOA or partnership deed
  • Letter of authorization for signatory

  • Aadhar card of the owners/ directors/ partners
