High Temperature Resistant Seamless Steel Pipe Knowledge

High temperature resistant cold drawn seamless steel pipe with excellent high temperature oxidation resistance. It has high temperature strength, oxidation resistance, carburization resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, tensile strength and wear resistance. The continuous use temperature is 1150 °C. The usual working temperature should not exceed 1050 degrees, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 1200 degrees.
The higher the carbon content of the carbon that affects the performance of the high temperature resistant stainless steel seamless pipe, the higher the hardness of the steel, but the worse its plasticity and toughness. Sulfur is a harmful impurity in steel. When steel with high sulfur content is subjected to pressure processing at high temperature, it is easy to be brittle and is usually called hot brittleness.
Phosphorus can significantly reduce the plasticity and toughness of steel, especially at low temperatures. This phenomenon is called cold brittleness. In high quality steel, sulfur and phosphorus should be strictly controlled. However, from another point of view, the inclusion of higher sulfur and phosphorus in low carbon steel can make the cutting easy to break, which is beneficial to improve the machinability of steel. Manganese can increase the strength of steel, can weaken and eliminate the adverse effects of sulfur, and can improve the hardenability of steel.
High alloy steel (high manganese steel) with high manganese content has good wear resistance and other physical properties. The antibacterial and high temperature resistant stainless steel pipe products that have appeared in recent years are the new darlings in the stainless steel family. They are specially treated by adding some antibacterial elements such as copper and silver to stainless steel.
This excellent antibacterial self-cleaning property indicates that its application prospect is very broad. The high temperature resistant stainless steel tube has good oxidation resistance in intermittent use below 1600 degrees and in continuous use below 1700 degrees. In the range of 800-1575 degrees, it is preferable not to continuously apply the high temperature resistant stainless steel pipe, but when the high temperature resistant stainless steel pipe is continuously used outside this temperature range, the stainless steel has good heat resistance.
