Northern Indian real estate sector has seen a boom in the past few decades. New cities like Gurgaon and Noida have come up as a promising package of good opportunities. It goes without saying that with the kind of infrastructure that these cities have they throw a head-to-head competition to other developing cities in India. These cities have the advantage of being the siblings of Delhi.

Being the heart of India and a metropolitan city, Delhi has always been a strong trade& transport puller. There are a number of commercial buildings that offer their office space on rent in New Delhi. These options come in various sizes, packages and with support facilities.

One of the most prosperous (in terms of business) portion of Delhi is the Southern part. Fulfilling the demand of fully furnished offices in South Delhi has always been a great challenge as most of the well-established and multinational companies prefer to set up their offices in this zone. However, the twin cities i.e. Gurgaon and Noida too have caught a lot of attention of the companies ever since they have emerged as potential business hub. But, as these cities are still under development, commuting to the areas far than the main areas without own vehicle is expensive and surely not hassle-free. This problem is comparatively lesser in Delhi.

In South Delhi, areas like Greater Kailash, Nehru Place, South Extension, Saket and Okhla offer a large number of sought-after options for office space.

One can find a pool of options in other zones of Delhi as well. Some of them are Connaught Place, Barakhamba Road, Okhla, Bhikaji Cama Place, Jasola, Sarita Vihar, Golf Course, Parliament Street, Tolstoy Marg and more. Areas that are usually preferred by the retailers for their outlets are Rajouri Garden, Lajpat Nagar, Connaught Place, Khan Market, Karol Bagh, South Extension, Greater Kailash, Saket, Vasant Vihar, Chandini Chowk and Pitampura.

There are many business centres that not only provide office spaces but also interview, conference and meeting rooms in New Delhi. These offerings come with flexible terms and good number of new things too. For example, there is a famous business centre in Nehru Place that offers commercial space in mountain-fresh ambience.

Finding a space for office can be a challenge in Delhi as the city is flooded with numerous options. One has to be specific and clear about the requirements. If there are confusions then one can hire a broker or an agent to do the ground work.
