Lake Tahoe, California, December 2018: Team Blair Tahoe Real Estate, a Lake Tahoe-based full-service real estate group focused on the North Lake Tahoe region, this week announced they have merged their services with the number one leading tech firm in the national real estate industry: Compass.

Founding Compass-Tahoe members, Nicole and Jamison Blair will be opening the flagship Compass-Tahoe Real Estate office at the newly purchased “Grand Central” building in the heart of Tahoe City. 521 North Lake blvd is considered the hub of Tahoe City, and the Blair family is currently renovating the space to align with the Compass look and culture. “We had been searching for a spot that would be highly visible, but also bring in the most amount of foot traffic possible.
