  1. It’s simple. No chemical training is needed using the spot test metal identification method. All the inspector is required to do is follow the one-two-three directions (and not be color blind!) to be successful in sorting metals. A complete instruction booklet and a color chart is contained in each kit.

It’s safe. The very term "acid testing" sounds dangerous. Certainly, some of the solutions in the WAIT! metal identification kits are acidic in make-up.
