Resetting network settings also removes wifi password and apn settings.

1. Remove and add account- If even after following all the above steps, mail is still not loading you have to remove and add your account. To do this you have to go to settings in your phone,under settings you need to go to "accounts and passwords.when, now click on aol amd click on remove account.Once the account is removed, you need to add the account back.

   • Unlock your phone and go to the settings.

   • Click on the mail, calendar, and contacts icon.

   • Click on mail option, and tap on your email address.

   • Tap on the delete button available on the top right side corner.

   • Now reboot your phone and go to the mail and contacts again.

   • Click on add account.

   • Select aol as your email service provider.

   • Type the username and password for your email and click on the next button.

   • Now your iphone will try to sync with the email server, it may take some time, once it will sync with the email server. It will show you the service tab. From here, you need to select the service you want to use like- email, calendars, contacts etc and click on ok.

   4.Check if the incoming and outgoing server values are configured correctly- Whenever you add your AOL account in your phone, you need to verify the settings for your incoming and outgoing mail server..

   POP3

   Incoming server: pop.imap.com

   Port: 995

   Ensure that a secure connection (SSL) is used when accessing the AOL incoming mail server.

   IMAP

   Incoming server: imap.aol.com

   Port: 993

   Put a check mark before the SSL (secure connection) option.

   If you put them incorrectly, it will create aol email login problems. So be careful when you are typing the server address.
