What is the minimum age for the NDA 2019?

NDA is one of the most reputed and prestigious examinations that occur in India. These examinations are mainly for the candidates that are interested in being a part of Ari Force, Navy and Army. The exams are conducted by Union Public Service Commission – UPSC. However, they have examination criteria to follow that include the NDA 2019 age limit. There are many other eligibility criteria that include cut off, exam pattern, application form and even the other necessarydetails that are listed below.

Eligibility Criteria for NDA 2019

The first and foremost thing a candidate must check before filling up the NDA form is the NDA 2019 eligibility age. If that is cleared then they can move on to the other things such as nationality, studies, dates, etc.

Nationality

When it comes to NDA exam age limit 2019 and nationality, one needs to understand the few basic things. For the nationality, one must be a candidate from:

  • Nepal citizen
  • Bhutan citizen
  • Tibetan Refugee that shifted to Indian before 1962 1st January as the permanent Indian citizen.

On top of that, one must be unmarried in order to be eligible for the examination as the NDA 2019 age limit.

Educational Qualification

  • The education scope will go like that one must be the pass out of the 12th standard or might be appearing for examinations. This is mainly for the Army Wing of the NDA that require the certificate of a reputed university or board.
  • When it comes to Indian Navy and Air Force, then they also require a candidate that is appearing or a pass out of 12th standard. However, for them, it is essential that the mainstream is Mathematics and Physics. This will also require a reputed and recognised university or board.

NDA 2019 eligibility age

The proper age criteria that must be followed by the candidates is the range that they need to remember. The range is from 2000 2nd July to 2003 2nd July for NDA I. The main limit for the NDA II exams will be the one that is born in between time 2001 2nd January and 2004 1st July. The date will be verified as per the documents especially the matriculations certificate. It will be considered as the final age. Other than that, no other certificates or affidavit about the NDA exam age limit 2019 will be entertained in the whole examination process. In addition to this, the candidates must be a male only.

NDA I

  • Notification Date – 9th January 2019
  • Online Registration Last Date – 4th February 2019
  • Admit Card – 2 weeks prior to exams
  • Examination Date – 21st April 2019
  • Date of Result announcement – July 2019
  • Date of SSB – August 2019

NDA II

  • Notification Date – 7th August 2019
  • Online Registration Last Date – 3rd September 2019
  • Admit Card – 2 weeks prior to exams
  • Examination Date – 17th November 2019
  • Date of Result announcement – November 2019
  • Date of SSB –not declared yet

Examination pattern

Once your doubt about the NDA 2019 age limit is cleared then you can start with the preparation of examination. In order to do so, you must know about the pattern that is followed up in the two papers of NDA. It will have the General Ability Test and Mathematics Test.

  • General Ability – There are mainly two sections in the General Ability examinations that will go as Section A and B. English part will be covered up in
Section A with total weightage of 200 marks. Whereas General Knowledge question will be asked in the B Sections with 400 marks weightage.

  • Mathematics –In the mathematics parts, there will be multiple choice question of 300 marks. These question will be completely based on the syllabus that was covered up in the class 11th and 12th.

If the candidate is able to crack the examination after covering up the NDA exam age limit 2019 then they are required to go through the SSB examinations. Here their physical capabilities will also be tested to the best of their level.
