Osteoporosis prevention is the most important factor, as it includes diet, exercise as mentioned above. The preventions are not only recommended for older adults, but also for men and women of all age groups. Apart from diet say, taking calcium and vitamin D, a person should stop smoking and start taking protein supplements recommended by doctor. To ensure sufficient protein intake it is good to have a check on the diet. This helps to overcome this osteoporosis problem who have already and for people to prevent in future as well.
