What Is YK-11 Capable Of?

Before we dive into this article you should know what YK-11 is. Let me give you a quick explanation of what it is. Yk-11 belongs to a group called SARMs, which stands for Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators. They are a set of compounds which selectively target the androgen receptors in both muscle and bone tissue.
SARMs are basically a safer alternative to prohormones, which are known to cause nasty side effects. But don’t worry, that is definitely not the case with SARMs. They are selective in their actions will allow them to work completely different than other muscle builders.
A great example of a potent SARM is YK-11. It’s considered to be one of the strongest SARMs currently available. The effects of this compound are comparable to Testolone and Ostarine but some say it’s even stronger. I haven’t personally used this compound but have heard great stories about it.
I’ve done a lot of research on YK-11 and it seems to be a great approach for building solid lean muscle tissue. A typical program with Yk will take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks at just 1 or 2 capsules a day. Some will pack on a few lbs of lean muscle which is very impressive in my opinion. Another thing worth mentioning is that it’s known for increasing strength.
This means you will be adding weight to the bar every single workout. That’s right, noobie gains all over again. Don’t get me wrong, Yk-11 is definitely not for beginners. You should only consider using this if you are an advanced weightlifter. If you have hit a plateau in your training, this compound might be a great alternative to consider to help break through it.
I’d also like to mention that you can perfectly combine YK-11 with other dietary supplements. You can combine it with whey protein, multivitamins, BCAA’s and fat burners without any issues. I’d even recommend doing so in order to get the best out of your workouts. But don’t forget that your diet should be your number one priority, never should you rely on the effects of supplements.
Always make sure to hit your daily protein intake in order to prioritize muscle growth. By eating plenty of protein such as eggs and chicken you will rapidly start gaining muscle. You can even consider taking this compound if you are looking to lose fat. It’s great for preserving muscle when you are in a caloric deficit.
When you are eating below your daily maintenance you can lose muscle extremely fast. This compound is able to prevent that from happening due to its strong anabolic-like effects. It’s pretty much used by people who are looking to bulk, cut and even recomp. Most will say it's pretty much great for every kind of goal. Just make sure you don't take it for a longer period of time because the side effects might catch up to you.
Due to YK-11 being extremely new to the market, chances are you probably haven't heard of it yet. I think it's going to be a very popular product very soon but I can't be 100% sure.
